Piotr Pyszkowski

Piotr spent 25 years inside the rooms where technology risk becomes a board decision, not a slide. Sixteen of those years were progressive CIO roles at General Electric, across GE Healthcare and GE Capital, where he ran IT for the EMEA region, then all of France, then GE Renewable Energy's global services business. From 2017 he was EVP Digital Transformation at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a private-equity-backed company, leading a global team of over 200 IT professionals and founding its Security Council.

He has stabilised mission-critical IT estates across industrial, manufacturing, energy and regulated financial-services environments in more than 45 countries, delivered over €35M in savings, and executed carve-outs with zero customer disruption. He founded Tequma in 2021 to bring that board-level judgement to organisations as an independent, rather than as an employee. He also sits on the board of Tylko Advisors.

Piotr holds an MBA in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MSc in Information Technology from Warsaw University of Technology, and is the author of Houston, we have a ... project!, now in its second edition. He speaks Polish, English and French natively.
