Marek has spent over twenty years in IT and sixteen in the SAP stack, including SAP HANA, working both sides of the table as client-side delivery lead and as SAP partner services. He sits on the Management Board of one of Poland's largest SAP partners, with P&L ownership, professional-services delivery, and partner relationships spanning unitedVARs, Accenture, KPMG, Microsoft, AWS and IBM. He has also represented the company in group-level SAP standardisation work for the Deutsche Telekom group, including shared-service-centre implementation, centralisation and standardisation.

Across fifteen-plus years leading business and technical projects on the SAP stack - R/3, ECC and SAP HANA - he has delivered in telco, manufacturing, utilities and the public sector internationally, in both waterfall and agile modes, including steering-committee representation for clients and vendors alike. His technical grounding extends to SAP BASIS and system administration, SAP and Oracle performance tuning, and SRM. He has also run IT organisations of 10 to 65 people through DevOps, development and Scrum models, building teams from scratch alongside IT strategy, roadmap and enterprise architecture work.

Marek holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and an MSc in Computer Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, and is TOGAF 8 and ITIL v3 Foundation certified, with additional certification in architecting on AWS. He speaks Polish natively, English fluently, and German at an intermediate level.
