20+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
Jacek has spent more than 20 years running the programmes boards worry about most: SAP S/4HANA transformations and the cutover weekends where they either go live cleanly or don't go live at all. He has held Transformation and Cutover Programme Manager roles at Persistent Systems, dormakaba, Enxoo, ITI Neovision, P4/PLAY and Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, carrying large-scale SAP and IT programmes from business case through go-live and into stable operations.
He holds CGEIT, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, PMP and SAFe Scrum Master certifications, and was awarded second prize in the CIO of the Year competition in Poland. He co-founded Tequma in December 2021 to put that cutover discipline at the service of boards and PE owners directly, as an independent reviewer rather than the system integrator running the programme.
Jacek holds an MBA in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School, an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Mississippi, and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Warsaw University. He speaks Polish, German and English.
